Ozzi Bite Take Away

Ordered food, 4 x calamari rings, & a small chips. I stood & waited 15 minutes whilest only one worker was serving about 4 people. I watched my food go cold for five minutes, then asked for it to be 're cooked or for my money back & was ignored & shown that it was being that my order was being chucked in the bin & recooked. I then waited another 15 minutes & got burnt chips & raw calamari crumbing. The worst thing fir me about it was that I gave worked with food for the past 7 years & #1 rule was not to touch money & then food, I witnessed her do it three times. whilest waiting I also observed that the scallops were mouldy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
